Refund policy

1.1  Refunds will not be provided in instances where a customer has changed their mind about the purchase, no longer requires the Good.
1.2  If a customer purchases a product to alleviate a particular health concern and the product does not achieve this, the customer understands that this it is not the responsibility of the company to offer a refund or exchange. This is a change of mind.
1.3  Team members employed by our company are not trained medical professionals and any advice provided regarding a particular health concern should be checked with your medical practitioner prior to purchasing.
1.4 Customers must comply with all directions from our team to facilitate the return of a Good.

1.5 All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will not be processed for requests made after this period.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
