When are the massage chairs delivered?

We deliver our state-of-the-art massage chairs between 8am and 6pm on Thursday of your choice. Our post sell customer care division will be in touch with you to arrange for your suitable delivery time slot.

I wish to try one of your chair’s, how do I go about arranging this to happen?

Our customers are our true testimonies, and we can arrange an experience visit to one of these customers throughout Australia who can not only let you experience the chair but will let you know the benefits of this excellent product.

What are the dimensions of your products?
We offer two product types and the main difference between the two is the size specification. Functionality is the same, we suggest you choose as per your requirement and space availability.
How do payments work with your company? cash/card/PayPal/finance?

We accept all major card payments and offer finance options. Cash and PayPal options are also available should you wish to choose them.

I do not know how to operate the chair, please help!

Product user guide is available with each chair which will guide you through various functions that the chairs have to offer. Furthermore, at the time of delivery a full demo can be scheduled which will give you great comfort in understanding the potential of the product.

The product is so robust that at any point in time including during the session, you can turn the power off and chair will restore to default settings, so we urge you to experiment different modes till you get the one that is most relaxing for you.
